I put the TBCO Marketing CD I designed online. You can view it at www.downwardsblink.com/tbco
It is best viewed with a 1280 x 1024 screen resolution.

I’ve been finding some interesting videos related to graphic design on www.youtube.com
To view my findings click here.
When I moved to Oslo in February I spent a great deal of time going around the city to take pictures of it. I created a picture gallery with some of the pictures I took.
These pictures can be viewed here.

In March 2007, I designed a logo for a program called ‘Remember’ for a company called Simpler Solutions.
The Remember program is a program that keeps track of what you remember and allows you to share it with other people
Here’s the logo…

I have had four previous graphic designer positions before. (I talk about the first one of them in the post Summer work finished).
My second graphic designer (/ photo technician) position was held in Rapid Photo Ltd. , a photo lab in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. For six months in 2004, I reconstructed their logo and re-created their company branding (which included 8×10 letterheads, store signs, marketing materials & the photo lab templates). I also did various other jobs in the photo lab. (Photo restoration, T-shirt designs and much more). My job title was Graphic Designer / Photo Technician.
My third design job was with Alfresco Advertising, an advertising firm in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. They where creating the Ecay bussiness directory and I got hired to help out at the end of their project. I worked there for the month of September and ended up getting my name printed in the publication with the title ”Graphic Designer”. I designed 100 pages (half and full page ads) for the publication which was distributed island wide.
You can see a picture of me with my colleagues here.
My fourth position was at the Caymanian Compass where I created various newspaper ads (with Adobe Illustrator). I had worked for the company, Cayman Free Press, before for work experience during high school and did so again for a few months in 2006 (where I received Adobe Indesign training).
Well summer is over and I had a great one. For my birthday (my 24th), I was invited to go on a trip to Spain for two weeks. We went (my Mother and her Fiancee, Stephen) to various cities in Costa Blanca including Torrevieja (where we got to see my aunt Erica and uncle Leif), Murcia and Alicante. We then went to Madrid and Malaga. I grew up in Malaga and got to see some old friends and visit my old neighbourhood - which was really cool.
These are the pictures from my summer vacation

This is the 2004 calendar I designed for Truman Bodden & Company. The calendar had two sides (one for 2003 and one for 2004).

In July I took a job to make a Marketing Cd for a law firm from the Cayman Islands called Truman Bodden & Company. I am proud to report that I have finished and am going to send the master copy via DHL tommorow to start the duplication process.
I have worked for the company before - holding a summer position in 2003 where I created the first version of their Marketing CD. The CD, which is designed by me (with programming done by my brother Paulo) (www.paulofierro.com) is handed out during boat shows all over the world.
Below is a scanned picture of the firm’s 2003 calendar, which I also designed.
